Our dedicated customs team will provide assistance with every step of the project from design to installation, and will ensure that each aspect is meticulously detailed and carried out with absolute precision.

Our Process

Enquiry

When you contact us with your project idea, we will request that you provide us with a brief and the project location. If outside of South Africa, we will connect you with a certified installer in your area/country. The installer will schedule an in-person call to discuss and arrange a site survey.

A site assessment will ensure that your location meets our requirements for installation and allow us to identify any site-specific challenges that need to be taken into consideration.

If a site visit is not possible, your installer will brief you on how to provide us with accurate measurements.

Site Survey

We work with comprehensive site measurements or (preferably) Lidar scans to ensure your solution is a perfect fit. Once your space has been accurately scanned/measured, our in-house designers will provide price estimations and a 3D walk-through model of the proposed solution.

Production

On receipt of the required deposit, we will begin the production phase.

The production timeline typically ranges between 8 to 12 weeks.

Shipping & Installation

Once completed, your solution is carefully packaged in preparation for shipping or delivery to your location. We will handle all freighting details for you.

Your installation team will be sent to your location to carry out the installation.
